| 针对铁路电力机车牵引电机电枢轴由于疲劳缺陷导致断裂的原因进行深入分析,研究利用超声波对牵引电机电枢轴检测的方法。通过计算和实际测试确定了各个部位探头的角度,经过设计将探头探测面制作成与电枢轴表面弧度相同的弧面,从而使探测面耦合良好,提高了检测的准确度。 |
